This policy explains what personal data pixilus.studio stores and why.

What we store

• Your Google profile basics: name, email address and profile picture.
• Your orders: product, license tier, amount, status and dates.
• Identifiers from Dodo Payments: your customer id, payment ids and the state of your license key and GitHub access.
• License keys and GitHub access links issued by Dodo Payments for your purchases.
• Webhook event records from Dodo Payments, which contain your name, email address and order details. We keep them for accounting and support.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.

What we never see

Card numbers and other payment methods go to Dodo Payments, and we never receive them.

Why we use it

To deliver products you bought, show your licenses, provide support and meet tax and accounting duties.

Who processes it

• Dodo Payments — checkout, tax, invoicing, license keys and GitHub access.
• Google — sign-in.
• GitHub — repository access, once you connect your account.
• Our hosting and database providers.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Everything else is deleted when you ask us to close your account.

Email pixilus.studio@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account.
