14-day technical guarantee: if the product materially does not work as described and our support cannot resolve it, you are eligible for a refund.

How the guarantee works

• Contact us within 14 days of purchase and describe what doesn't work.
• Our support team tries to fix it with you, using the product's documented requirements.
• If the product materially doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we refund you in full through Dodo Payments.

What is not covered

• Changing your mind after receiving access to the source code.
• Problems caused by your own modifications or by environments outside the stated requirements.
• Features the product page does not describe.
• Third-party services, hosting or accounts the product connects to.

After a refund

The license ends, the license key is revoked and repository access is removed automatically.
