Terms.

These terms cover purchases of digital products from Pixilus Studio (“Pixilus”, “we”) through pixilus.studio. By buying a product you agree to them.
Payments
Checkout, payment processing, sales tax/VAT and invoicing are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Prices are shown in USD and charged as a one-time payment.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Purchases are linked to the account that started the checkout. Keep access to that account — it is how you reach your licenses and repository access.
Licenses
Every purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license as described on the license page. The license page wins if anything here seems to conflict with it.
Delivery
After payment you receive a license key and an invitation flow for the product's private GitHub repository. Delivery is fulfilled by Dodo Payments and shown in your account.
Updates and support
Updates are published to the same repository for the lifetime of the product. Support is provided as described in the support policy.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy. A refund ends the license and removes repository access.
Liability
Products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought stays in force for that purchase.
